"My goal is to meet and/or exceed my clients' expectations in whatever their real estate goals or needs may be."
A licensed REALTOR® since 1999, Terry Osburn received her Broker's designation in 2006. Through the unfortunate downturn that resulted in people losing their homes and short sales, she carved out a path for several years to assist those in distress to guide them through the journey to gain their self-respect back and to bring them hope for the future by overseeing the short sale of their homes. Many of those clients are now re-entering the world of home ownership. Whether relocating, first time home buyer or a repeat buyer I can help you navigate through the process of selling or purchasing your home.
Terry is an avid supporter of pet humane education and pet adoption. She also supports various groups that train service dogs for those with various disabilities. She was one of several sponsors for Hogs for Dogs . She has also sponsored pet adoptions for the Contra Costa Animal Services and the Berkeley East Bay Humane Society on several occasions in past years. She has two cocker spaniels, both adopted: Winston is a buff colored boy and is the protector of the house. Toby is a red and white parti-cocker, is a mush and loves to play with Fritz the cat.
